Shop Policy:

All orders take 1-3 days for processing/preparation. Processing days are Monday - Saturday. Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.

Mail/shipping can take up to 5-7 business days. Please allow for a little extra time during busy seasons. A confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been mailed or shipped. A tracking number is sent when shipping original works of art.

*Cancellations/Returns after purchase are not accepted.

*Refunds may be honored if you receive a notice that your order can’t be completed OR a purchased item was damaged during shipping - with contact form containing images of damage submitted within 48 hours after expected delivery date.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
